Is this AI-generated or done by a junior?

Zillow uses an algorithm that doesn't know your home, your block, or which side of the street gets the canyon view. We look at the actual property, the actual recent sales, the actual current competition, and our actual buyer pipeline. The variance between our valuations and final sale price typically lands within 2–3%.
